Fewest is a free daily browser game for people who like Krillion, Wordle and Connections. Everyone who plays on the same calendar date gets the same seven prompts, such as "a card game that starts with M" or "a chemical element that is a gas at room temperature". Type one correct answer per prompt. Common answers score low, obscure answers score high, and seven prompts add up to 700 points. No account, no download, and an unlimited mode with random prompts when you want more.
Yes. It runs in your browser with no account, no download and no ads.
Each prompt has a ranked list of correct answers, from the one most people say to the one almost nobody says. Your answer's position on that list gives it 10 to 100 points. The ranking is our editorial estimate, not live player statistics.
Our lists don't cover every possible answer yet. Small typos are forgiven, but an answer that isn't on the list scores nothing. Try another answer for that prompt.
No. Krillion is a separate game by its own makers. Fewest is built around the same idea, give the rarest correct answer, with its own prompts, scoring and an unlimited mode.
At midnight in your local time zone. Everyone who plays on the same calendar date gets the same seven prompts.
Yes. The page is built for touch screens and small screens first.
Only your progress for today's puzzle and your streak, kept in this browser's local storage. Nothing is sent to a server.
Yes. Fewest Unlimited, at /unlimited/, deals seven random prompts as often as you like and scores them the same way as the daily puzzle. Only the daily puzzle counts toward your streak and best score.
Our Games like Krillion page, at /games-like-krillion/, lists ten daily games in the same family with a line on each and a link to its site, and lets you play Fewest unlimited on the same page.
